Evolution is getting funky with their newest venture–a live game show inspired by the ’70s disco era! Get ready to have some Funky Time!
Evolution, a leading online casino services provider, has unveiled its new Funky Time game show. Inspired by the ’70s disco-era, it features exciting bonuses and multipliers. This is Evolution’s biggest game show release since Crazy Time.
Funky Time is powered by the groundbreaking Digiwheel technology, which was acquired by the company in 2021. A spinning DigiWheel wheel money at the center of the game is where all the action takes place as it generates numerous random multipliers per round, which can further multiply winnings on either numbers, letters, or bonus games. The 64 segments on the wheel, which spell out the words PLAY, FUNK, and TIME, and which also feature a series of number 1s and various bonus game segments, these multipliers increase the chances of progress in the game.
Players can cash out instant wins if they land on either a number 1 or a letter segment of the wheel. Win on a bonus segment, and they proceed to one of four unique bonus games – Bar, Stayin’ Alive, Disco, and VIP Disco — in which multipliers are guaranteed.

The executive marked that about 100 persons were involved in getting Funky Time live. Moreover, he labeled the game as “the most expensive and complex game we’ve ever created,” and that it “oozes fun.”
“While different players look for different things, Funky Time is sure to have broad appeal. We believe it’s every bit as entertaining as Crazy Time, but it’s got a completely different feel, and it adds a few extra goodies too. I hope players enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it,” he concluded.
The provider recently revealed the extension of their licensing agreement with Galaxy Gaming for the next 10 years for its group brands. Already successful games like 21+3, Perfect Pairs, and Lucky Ladies side bets as well as the table games Double Ball Roulette, Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker, and Caribbean Stud Poker will now be available on Evolution and Ezugi products. This new agreement is expected to take both businesses to the next level.
